- Communications with Vendors or Nayos

Vendor Information
If you register or participate as a Vendor, we may collect:
- Business name
- Contact information
- Business address
- Tax registration information
- Payment and payout information
- Listing information, pricing, and availability
- Business documentation, policy documents, and verification information
Payment Information
Payments made through the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Nayos does not store complete payment card numbers. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s privacy practices.
We may store related transaction records, such as payment status, payment method references, refund records, payout records, processor identifiers, and billing details needed to administer bookings, payments, refunds, disputes, and accounting.
Automatically Collected Information
When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
- IP address
- Browser type

- Operating system
- Referring websites
- Pages viewed
- Session information
- Cookie and tracking data
We may also collect records related to your use of secure links, account access, contract approvals, payment activity, and other actions taken through the Platform.

With Vendors
When you request information, submit a booking, enter into a transaction, or otherwise engage with a Vendor through the Platform, we may share information necessary to facilitate the transaction, including:

- Booking, contract, logistics, payment status, and contact information
Vendors receive this information so they can communicate with you, provide products or services, and fulfill bookings.
Vendors are independent businesses. Once information is shared with a Vendor for a booking or inquiry, that Vendor may handle the information in accordance with its own privacy practices and legal obligations.
With Service Providers
We may share information with third-party service providers that assist us in operating the Platform, including providers of:
- Payment processing
- Email delivery
- Hosting and infrastructure
- File storage and document processing
- Mapping, address lookup, and location services
- Analytics

The Platform is intended for use only by individuals who are legally permitted to use the Platform under our Terms of Use.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are not eligible to use the Platform under our Terms of Use. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from an individual who is not eligible to use the Platform, we may delete such information and terminate any associated account.
11. Access and Correction Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate personal information. You may also contact us about deleting information, withdrawing optional consent, or making a privacy complaint.
Some information may need to be retained where required or reasonably necessary for contracts, bookings, payments, tax, accounting, legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
