At Nayos Event Marketplace, we've curated and cataloged the products and services offered by the top Vendors in the Greater Toronto Area.

The traditional Vendor booking process has you clicking through Vendor Directories trying to understand what they offer and chasing down pricing. It's exhausting and frustrating.

Our approach is simple - start by finding what you need then figure out if the Vendor is the right fit for your event.

Unapologetically Transparent

We have a couple of house rules for Vendors to ensure their listings are fair and accurate.

For starters, every Vendor listing must include a price. If a Vendor can't reasonably display a price for their product or service, they're not allowed to list it.

And while we're talking about pricing - we don't allow Vendors to tack on hidden fees like admin or wear-and-tear fees. The listed price is the real price for that product or service. If additional services like delivery apply, they'll always be quoted openly.

Find & Customize

We ensure our listings have high-quality, clear images with accurate descriptions to offer a premium search experience.

Search, sort, and filter through all your options. Once you've found what you're looking for, add it to your cart.

Some products and most services will let you provide additional information, so you can get an accurate pricing estimate on the spot.

Build a Cart per Vendor

As you browse and add to cart, we'll show you which Vendors you're considering.

Explore each Vendor's profile and full catalog to find the right fit.

Submit Your Quote Request

Once you're happy with your selections, submit a quote request to each Vendor you want to work with.

The Vendor will receive your quote request and review it to check availability and work out the logistics.

If everything looks good, they'll send it back to you for approval.

Reach an Agreement

Continue discussions with the Vendor as needed to finalize their services.

Once accepted, you'll enter into a contract with the Vendor.

Every contract change is tracked by Nayos, so there's never any ambiguity about what was agreed.

Pay Securely

Our PCI-compliant platform handles all payment processing. Our unified payment interface makes it easy to pay Vendors quickly and securely.

As Nayos Marketplace is responsible for payment handling, you can rest assured that no Vendor can ever access your card details.

Stay on Top of Deadlines

We'll send out reminders for upcoming deadlines as each Vendor may have different terms.

Our easy-to-use interface will make it a breeze to confirm your final event details with each Vendor as your event day nears.
