- Set up surface must be a flat, dry and leveled area - no gravel or sand.
- An additional 2ft space should be kept around the bouncy castle for safety.
- Indoor Rentals : Please measure your ceiling height prior to booking to ensure your castle will fit indoors.
- Delivery is an additional fee for all rentals and will vary on location/distance/ logistical requirements from Pop Up Play HQ.
- If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (like stairs, access points for loading, lack of parking, etc.) please let us know prior to the event so that we may plan accordingly.
- Includes up to 5hrs, plus 1hr of setup time
